After you have selected a category, you will be asked to enter the name of which you would like the package credited to. Please note that nicknames are not accepted! You must enter the full in-game name of the receiver.

MakongMC is something that we are very passionate about, therefore we forward all purchases and contributions towards development, hardware upgrades and improving the player experience with new content, as well as funding the server to grow and stay online for years to come. Our servers quality is priority over anything else, so we will always ensure that it is in its best possible condition, and your purchases helps us achieve this!

What should I do if I did not receive my package?

It takes a few moments before our system processes your payment. If after 15 minutes you still haven't received your purchase, please contact us on Discord.

Can I get a refund?

No, since payments are used for digital goods they are absolutely final and fall under a "no refund policy". In case of technical issues, an exception might be made. Please contact us on Discord if you believe this is the case.
